You are invited to step out of the bustle and into a moment designed just for you! Unwind the Tinsel is a deep breath, heart-opening session blending TranscenDance™, an expressive movement and dance practice, with a deeply restorative sound bath —followed by time to mingle over light refreshments.
It's a time of release, renewal, and connection as you gently reset your nervous system and rediscover your inner ease.
This event also supports a beautiful mission: a portion of proceeds benefits Elevating Connections, a nonprofit dedicated to building sustained, positive relationships for current and former youth in foster care. Your presence helps uplift both yourself and your community.
