Tranquil Tuesday: Yoga with Jaimee

AN EXPERIENCE DESIGNED FOR EVERYBODY. Celebrated for her authentic presence and inclusive teaching style that welcomes everybody and every experience level, Jaimee’s classes offer more than just movement — they’re an invitation to come home to yourself. Each session is a thoughtfully curated fusion of mindfulness, functional movement, and traditional yoga postures. The sequences are designed to help lengthen, strengthen, and tone the muscles while also promoting mobility, balance, and inner calm. With the breath as the cornerstone of the practice, students are guided to move with intention — tuning into the rhythm of their inhales and exhales to cultivate awareness, presence, and connection both on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, Jaimee creates a safe, empowering space to explore movement and stillness in equal measure. Please bring your own yoga mat, a small towel for sweat, and water! We can't wait to see you there!

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive
