Training: Barbell Basics

New to lifting or want to refine your form? This class is designed to teach the foundations of strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. You’ll learn proper technique, build confidence with key lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, and focus on strength-building accessory work. Each week alternates between upper and lower body, with an emphasis on control, form, and functional movement.
While perfect for beginners, this class is also great for experienced lifters looking to revisit fundamentals, build consistency, or add structure to their training. Whether you're starting out or leveling up, you’ll leave stronger, more confident, and ready to lift with purpose.
