• Day 3: Practical Application – Engage in a live Value Stream Mapping exercise tailored for manufacturing, learning to identify waste and guide others through the process.
• Day 4: Toolkit Development – Create training materials for Kaizen events, 6S organization, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), with a Cartoon Inc. Exercise to practice facilitating Standard Work.
• Day 5: Certification – Deliver a capstone training session, earn your Value Driven Approach® Trainer Certification, and learn Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment) to align training with enterprise goals.
