The Train-the-Trainer (T3) program is designed to equip facilitators with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of instruction and facilitation. This comprehensive program focuses on developing trainers who can effectively deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, enabling them to empower others through knowledge transfer and skill development.

Upon meeting the program requirements, participants gain access to a learning path and online training. Further details on the prerequisites, including the final projects will be provided during the information session.

Prerequisites: Participants should have a Training Forum representative from their department and in a training role.
