Train Nutrition Fundamentals Workshop for Athletes and Beginners
Overview
Welcome to 2026 - almost!
Whether we are just starting with fitness and nutrition or are a more expereienced athlete, dialing in our habits and nutrition is the best way to start seeing big changes in ourselves this year.
If you're just starting out, start with the basics of healthy habits and eating, join a community doing the same thing as you, and work with coaches to help support you.
If you're a little more experienced, start learning about macros and how they can help move you towards your goals, setting personalized targets and seeing how they impact your body and performance.
This online challenge lasts 6 weeks and includes two options:
1- The Beginner Track - addressing habits, sleep, basics of food and nutrition, and joining a community for support, and an In-Body scan to evaluate progress!
2 - The Intermediate Track - everything in beginner plus knowledge of macros, biofeedback tracking, two 1-1 coaching sessions with the coaches, In-body scan to evaluate progress, and more!
**Note: In-Body scans only available for those able to commute to the Hamilton or Brantford gym locations
