What will my child take away from this training session?

Accepted Answer

This training session will coach the basics and fundamentals behind sprinting and improving their speed. We will also provide athletes their 40 yard time or 60 yard time  as well as vertical jump and broad jump numbers.

How long is the training session?

It is 1 hour in duration from 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Do you have to check-in before the training session?

Yes. Check-in will begin at 10 am

Can I leave my child at the park and come back to pick them up?

We encourage parents to be present and watch the training session. Parents are responsible to pick up their child at the end of the training session.

Will there be drinks provided at the training session?

Accepted Answer

Drinks will not be provided at the training session. We encourage athletes to hydrate well before the training session and to brink a water bottle or sports drink for the training session.

What happens if there is cancellation due to bad weather?

If the training session is cancelled, there will be several future dates where the athlete can attend a training session at Flamingo Park or a nearby park in Broward County.

Yes there will be future dates to attend one of our training sessions this summer.
