TRACEY GALLANT
Tracey Gallant is a captivating and lively performer known for her infectious energy and powerful voice. Originally from the east coast of Canada she is now based in Toronto where she is an in-demand singer working alongside some of the city's finest musicians in some of the most popular bands. She performs regularly at local clubs around the city and within the GTA and has headlined at such well-known music festivals as: Pride Toronto, Taste of the Danforth, Toronto Jazz and Beaches Jazz. From smaller clubs to bigger theatre venues, Tracey has performed on stages all throughout Canada, the US, overseas (Oman, Morocco), and throughout the Caribbean. Similar to one of her all-time favourite singers, Nancy Wilson, Tracey too is a versatile singer with a vocal ability that allows her to cover a diverse range of musical styles with ease. Whether crooning out a jazz standard or belting out an edgy rock classic, Tracey always delivers with an undeniable heartfelt passion that will be sure to move you.
ALAN COHEN
Alan Cohen is a pianist, bandleader, accompanist, arranger, music producer and most recently soundtrack composer (film: St. Lawrence). Alan led The Alan Cohen Orchestra for twelve years and was Musical Director and resident pianist for over eight years at the Fairmont Royal York. As an established pianist and vocalist, Alan’s versatile repertoire covers jazz and blues to R&B, with a soft spot for “saloon tunes”. He has performed throughout the U.S. and in every province across Canada. Alan is a proud member of the American Federation of Musicians’ for over 50 years!
