Description:When was the last time you felt at home in your body? For many of us, perimenopause, body image shifts, and years of disconnection have made intimacy with ourselves a distant memory. This session is about reclaiming sensuality—not for anyone else, but for you. We’ll talk about the ways desire evolves, how hormones impact connection, and how to rebuild trust with the body you’re living in now. You’ll leave with tools to reconnect with pleasure, embodiment, and self-tending rituals.

What You’ll Receive:

  • A themed 1.5-hour live Zoom session
  • A guided mind-body healing skill
  • Opening & closing meditations
  • Reflection prompts, digital tools & resources
  • Access to mental health and wellness professionals
  • A safe, supportive space to be real, raw, and replenished
