2017 Ground Zero Total Solar Eclipse Viewing Event @ Optimal Location

Primitive Camping and RV Parking Total Solar Eclipse Event with Optimal Viewing 2min 39 secs Plus New Ticket Options. We only placed a limited number of spots to keep it more of a private and family friendly environment *** Ground Zero Lunch: Monday 8/21 Lunch- $5.00 per plate choice of Grilled Hamburger or Hot Dog, Chips and Drink, we will also have glasses for sale along with souvenir T-Shirts

On our property Pepper Patch Farms you will find that it is not only BEAUTIFUL but is located ON THE HIGHEST POINT IN Sumner County, Tn. Pepper Patch Farms is located in White House Tn the EPICENTER of the 2017 TOTAL ECLIPSE. Here at Pepper Patch Farms we are in the area which will have one of the longest viewing of the

TOTAL ECLIPSE **** 2 min 39 seconds ****.

All rental for camping and/or RV parking and/or viewing are primitive campsites in a clear farm land environment with great sky viewing. Porta potties. Potable water.

We want everyone to have a great time, while keeping your joy & sense of humor regarding any and all situations. We ask everyone to not only be tolerant, respectful and helpful with situations that may arise. But most of all have the experience of a lifetime while making new friends. Pepper Patch Farms will try to have as much as possible for this event available, remember we will be part of a Historical Event.

Primitive Camping (Space for a tent and 1 vehicle) and RV Parking (Primitive with no hook ups)

We are 30 minutes from Nashville Music City, we are also located 3 miles from I-65 at exit 108

NOTE: We suggest early arrival so you can avoid predicted traffic issues. You will find plenty of activity and fun people to meet the entire time you are on our property.

RV & Camp Sites

Check In Starting at 4pm Saturday August 19 For those who purchased the 2 night tickets all others check in Sunday Your check out time is Monday, August 21,6 pm

Rental Rules and FAQ. By renting space you agree to all the following.

1. Vehicles shall be parked in campsite spaces and parking lots and shall display a vehicle parking pass in plain visible sight from the outside on the dash or in the front window.

  1. No more than one (2) vehicles including recreational vehicles (RV) shall be permitted per campsite unless additional rental fee paid
  2. Vehicles shall not block adjacent sites or roadways.
  3. No Alcoholic beverages allowed.
  4. Dress Code. No bathing suits except at your campsite (Ladies no thong bikinis allowed). Off campsite you are ask to wear at least shirt and shorts. Campers shall: Report loss, theft, accident, or disturbance to gate attendant, security or event staff. Turn in all found property to event staff.
  5. Do Not deface or damage property. Failure to comply with this subsection may result in arrest, fine, or eviction from the park property.
  6. A camper or a camper’s guest shall not engage in fighting; threatening or abusive language; or lewd acts, or conduct that causes public inconvenience, annoyance, alarm, unreasonable noise, or is disturbing to campground patrons. Any incidence of any such behavior will result in being required to leave the property immediately and could also result in law enforcement.
  7. A pet shall: Be kept on a leash or otherwise restrained always & only permitted on your site; Have current inoculations and supporting paperwork for rabies. Shall not be tied to trees or shrubs. Camper shall clean up after the camper’s pet. Campers unable to control their pets may be asked to leave the campground. No Pets are not allowed to stay outside at night or when owners are not present.
  8. Sewage or gray water from tents or recreational vehicles shall not be disposed of on the premises of the campground. Dishes, pots, pans, and silverware shall not be washed at spigots or in Porta Potties. Vehicles or equipment shall not be washed within the campground or property.
  9. Campers shall not: Hang lanterns on trees or shrubs; Drive an object into a tree, shrub, sign, building, or other object or structure in the campground; or trench or dig in the campground or property.
  10. Any and all reservations are non-refundable.
  11. ARRIVAL: We start parking campers and RV's at 1pm Sunday 8/20 starting at 1pm . You have paid in advance, and it is up to you when you arrive. As a word of warning, the closer to Total Eclipse time (08/21/2017 1:24pm CST) the less likely you will be able to get to your campsite.
  12. DEPARTURE: 6PM the day your reservations expire Monday 8/21/2017
  13. There are no disabled accessible campsites; however, we will strive to make a place for anyone coming to camp.
  14. No fires, fireworks or Firearms allowed anywhere on property. Grills are allowed if there is a fire extinguisher at the campsite. No dumping of charcoal or other grill material on property.
  15. Generators are allowed. Distance from other campers, how loud and noisy a generator is and other camper complaints could result in the generator not being allowed to be used or if possible, moving the RV to another location.
  16. There are no discounts. Everyone pays the same price. In advance.
  17. If you have a camping reservation, there is no Eclipse Viewing Fee.
  18. RVs towing a car, motorcycle or other vehicle are not charged if they fit on the rental space. If more space is required, there is a $25 per day charge. Camping size choices are adequate to allow for multiple vehicles.
  19. You may have a maximum of two vehicles at your site. The two vehicles must fit on the parking pad at your site. No other vehicles are allowed.
  20. There is no extra fee for dogs. Must be kept on a leash (max. 6 ft.) while in campgrounds or any place on the property. In the campgrounds, pets must be confined within camping area. Pets must be under control always. Persons with noisy, vicious or uncontrolled animals will be required to leave the park and may be cited. Place dog droppings in garbage containers.
  21. Check in 1pm – 8pm. Check out by 6pm
  22. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. FOR CAMPGROUND DISTURBANCES CALL 615-997-6500 OR 615-533-4896. FOR ESCALATED DISTURBANCES AND EMERGENCIES PLEASE CALL 911 TO NOTIFY POLICE AND EMT. Other campers will be glad you brought the problem to the attention of the Police.
  23. Juveniles (any person under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or be part of a group supervised by at least one responsible adult over the age of 21 for each four juveniles
  24. All rental must be paid in full to secure space. First come, first serve basis. Spaces will be assigned at arrival. NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.

All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the state of Tennessee and Sumner County.

This event, including but not limited to the founders, organizers, committee members, advisory board members, sponsors, exhibitors, supporters, etc., assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.

Organizers of this event reserve the right to post any pictures and videos taken during the events on its websites without asking permission of each individual present in the material. (Discretion will be applied, where appropriate.)
