Can I bring a picnic?

YES! The KCFA will have food trucks onsite. NO BBQ Pits, Grills , Fire Pits, or open fires are allowed. No Fire Arms are allowed on the grounds. All State, County, & City laws will be obeyed.

Do you have overnight RV Parking?

Yes we have limited overnight RV parking with electrical and water hook-ups. (No Sewer connections) Rental Rate is $250/night. Contact Marketing@kcfa.org for more details.

Do you allow Firearms on the grounds?

No we are under the Texas Penal Code Sections 30.06 and 30.07 as well as the Texas 51% rule which applies to both constitutional and LTC carriers. Carrying a firearm into a 51% business is a third-degree felony that can result in a fine of up to $10,000 and 2–10 years in prison

Do you allow pets on the grounds

All pets must be public friendly, vaccinated and on a leash at all times. Any animal showing aggression will asked to be removed immediately. No refunds for owners will be given a refund.

Can I request a refund?

No refunds will be made after after March 8th, 2024 unless event is cancelled by host. NO REFUNDS will be made due to weather or happenings outside of the KCFA's control.
