Do I need to bring my own towel?

We have towels available, but if you would like to bring your own feel free to!

Wear what is comfortable for you- but please wear something! This is not a nude sauna. We generally recommend for women a swimsuit, spandex and a t-shirt, shorts and a sports bra, etc. Whatever is comfortable. Men can wear swim trunks or shorts.
