This is a hands-on junk journaling experience. Using upcycled paper, textures, and found materials, we’ll create deeply personal visual journals as a way to remember, reflect, and reconnect. No skill is needed, and there is no pressure to share or explain.In our time together, you’ll be guided through gentle prompts to support your creative flow and encouraged to move at your own pace, trusting your hands and heart to lead.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the basics of junk journaling and how to use it as a healing tool
- Receive light, optional guided prompts for reflection and inspiration
- Create a handmade, layered journal using provided materials and any items you choose to bring- Explore grief through tactile creativity — no perfection, no pressure
- Leave with your own artful keepsake and practices for continuing at home
Who This Is For
This space is for anyone carrying grief — whether your loss is recent or decades old. You do not need to be an artist, a writer, or have the “right words.” You just need to come as you are.
