Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook if you like to capture reflections. We provide mats, props, and supportive materials. Online participants may want a cushion or chair and a quiet space.

How can I prepare for this workshop?

It's most helpful if you can eat and sleep well the few days beforehand. This will help with resilience. On the day of, be sure you've consumed some good nourishment by 2 hours before start time. Do not expect to drink much during the workshop- tea and snacks provided afterwards.

What does it mean to work with the practice for 40 days?

After the workshop, you’ll receive simple guidance to continue the practice on your own for 40 days. This doesn’t mean hours of training each day — just a few minutes of focused practice. The idea is to have more by doing less — one clear tool, repeated long enough to create transformation.

What if I can't commit to 40 days of personal work after the workshop?

The 40-day invitation is meant to support depth, not pressure. Even carrying your practice for a week or two will give you insight. If you miss a day, you simply pick up where you left off.

How long is each workshop?

Workshops are typically 2–3 hours, giving enough time to learn, practice, and reflect without overwhelm.

Are the workshops connected to each other?

Each workshop stands on its own, but all are part of the Autumn Vitality Series, a seasonal container of learning created by the Yoga Healing Consortium Institute. You can choose just one, combine two or three, or use a flexible pass if you’re undecided.

No experience is required. Each workshop is designed to meet you where you are, whether this is your first wellness workshop or part of a long journey.
