Nikki Ferrell is a communications leader and AI strategist who helps marketing teams embrace emerging technologies with clarity and integrity. As Associate Director of Online Enrollment Marketing and Communications at Miami University, she launched the AI Steering Committee to address the rapid, messy adoption of generative AI in higher ed. Nikki also studies composition and rhetoric, researching transparency, authorship, and trust in human-AI collaboration.
