Event Description: This supportive 90-minute workshop focuses on the everyday routines that shape toddler life—and caregiver well-being. We’ll explore how to build rhythms that work for your family while navigating key transitions with patience, presence, and practicality.
In Everyday Routines: Sleep, Potty Learning + Wellness, we’ll cover nap transitions, sleep regressions, and bedtime rituals; assess signs of potty readiness and offer tips for confident toilet learning; and dive into caregiver wellness with real-life strategies for screen time, hygiene, and sustainable self-care. Bring your toddler and your questions—we’re here to grow together.
This is the third session in our Toddler Workshop Series for families with children ages 12–24 months. Each session is open for drop-in attendance, making it easy to join when the topic fits your current needs. Whether you’re exploring potty readiness, shifting sleep routines, or seeking realistic ways to support your own well-being, this workshop offers grounded guidance and community support.
