"To Protect & Serve" Adjutants' Retreat & Episcopal Conclave 2026

Theme: Quality Assurance – Preserving the Standard of Excellence in Service

The Adjutant’s Retreat & Episcopal Conclave 2025 is a dedicated time of formation, refinement, and renewal for adjutants, clergy, and ecclesiastical leaders committed to safeguarding the sacred work of ministry. This year’s gathering focuses on how the Church can faithfully preserve its spiritual identity while embracing tools, technologies, and strategies that allow us to minister with relevance and effectiveness in an evolving world.

Participants will engage in rich conversations and practical workshops addressing the realities of ministry in the digital age. Through teaching, hands-on sessions, and collaborative dialogue, we will examine how to navigate cultural shifts without compromising sacred order, how to use digital platforms wisely, and how to strengthen both personal and corporate standards of excellence.

What Attendees Can Expect

  • Dynamic Training Sessions on integrating technology, including AI, into ministry without losing theological grounding or spiritual authenticity.
  • Practical Workshops on social media, communication, and digital engagement for multicultural and multigenerational audiences.
