Katy will gently guide you through a beautiful blend of activities, starting with a soul soothing song to help you ease into the session with a calmer mind . From there you'll dive into a delightful exploration of aromatherapy, journaling, and movement - all set to music that nourishes your soul.  


✨️ Along the way you'll be gently encouraged to reconnect with your inner self , discovering your own path towards inner peace , and reflecting on your versions of joy and calm .


✨️ What you'll take away : 

These moments aren't just for within the session , they are tools that you can remember when you need to revisit the relaxed state you found yourself in . Think of it as your personal guide to relaxation, paired with plenty of shared smiles along the way .

Parking

There are a few spaces outside the venue . Otherwise there are local cheadle council car parks a few minutes walk away . Give yourself 10 minutes as to arrive on time and ready to relax x

What do i need to bring with me

Just come along in your comfy clothes, that you are happy to lie down or move in , maybe an extra layer that you can take off for comfort. If you would like to bring your own mat , blanket , pillow , journal and pen ,drink, feel free , but everything you need will be provided.

The studio is down a few steps , there is a toilet. There is also seating provided
