Employees: By registering for this course, you agree to the following:
-Cancellation—If you cannot attend this course, please get in touch with Educational Services ASAP, but at least 24 hours before the event; this is to help ensure that others will have the same access to the event. Cancellations will result in the forfeit of the book cost plus tax and shipping.
-Rescheduling—If you have given adequate notice for cancellation, we can work with you to enroll in a future vacant listing. If you cancel and do not reschedule, you will be charged the book cost by forfeiting the book cost, tax, and shipping.
-No-Call-No-Show—If you do not attend the course and do not contact Educational Services within 24 hours of the event, this occurrence will be considered an unexcused absence and reported to your supervisor*- also resulting in forfeiture of the book cost, tax and shipping.
(*We recognize that sometimes “Life Happens.” Therefore, Good-faith exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Director of Education.)
Nonemployees: If you need to cancel the class, you will forfeit the book cost plus the shipping cost and tax if it has already been ordered.
