Music in the Mountains is the largest fundraiser for the nonprofit Southern California Mountains Foundation. A ticket to our outdoor summer concert series does more than get you into a great show; it protects your public lands. Proceeds go directly toward the Southern California Mountains Foundation and its six powerful conservation, recreation, and education programs to help bring harmony to the health and sustainability of the mountains you love. Tickets are non-refundable; events are rain or shine; as long as safe for the bands and guests. Southern California Mountains Foundation reserves the right to cancel the concert in the event of weather, wildfire, or other acts that create an unsafe event.

Free Parking: Available at Meadows Edge trailhead lot, ¼ mile west of the Discovery Center. Free shuttle service runs from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
Premium Parking: Available at the Big Bear Discovery Center for $25 per vehicle for individual concerts and $125 for the season (must be purchased separately as an add-on). There are a limited amount of these spots available that will sell out early.
Yes, 6 free disabled parking spots are available at the Discovery Center on a first-come, first-served basis with a state-approved placard or license plate. Additional disabled parking is available for a charge in the premium parking area, subject to availability.
General Admission Guests must bring their own chairs/blankets for seating in open areas. Low-profile chairs are not recommended. Premium Seat Guests are able to choose bench or other provided seating, which is first-come, first-served and unassigned.
Yes! Youth 12 and under are admitted FREE.
Yes, music-loving, well-behaved dogs on a short leash are welcome.
The only outside beverages allowed in the venue are sealed water bottles. Empty refillable bottles are acceptable but will be checked at entry. Water refill stations will be provided.
Yes, you can bring your own food into the venue.
Yes, food and beverages (including beer, wine, cocktails, soda, water, coffee and hot chocolate) will be available for purchase. Bar & food service will be open from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
For $20, SCMF members receive an early seat reservation opportunity from 12pm - 2pm on concert day. Membership donations are used to protect, rehabilitate, and promote the value of the activities surrounding the mountains. Join today! www.mountainsfoundation.org
Yes, all coolers, backpacks, chairs, and handbags are subject to search at the entrance gate. Firearms and other weaponry are prohibited from entering the event.
