I’ve spent years cutting through the noise of the wellness industry—separating fact from fiction—to help people find realsolutions for their health. My work is rooted in science, research, and practicality—no gimmicks, no expensive fads, just clear, effective strategies that actually work.

I’m also the author of The Shift, a book that helps people break free from limiting patterns and take back control of their health and mindset. My approach blends nutrition, functional medicine, and the mind-body connection to help people heal fully—not just manage symptoms.
