About this event

Health • Mental health

Motherhood changes everything — including how well you sleep (or don’t). Between night feeds, early mornings, and the mental load of caring for a little one, exhaustion can start to take over more than just your energy — it can affect your mood, patience, and overall wellbeing.

Tired but Thriving is a compassionate and practical info session created to help you understand how sleep deprivation impacts your emotional health — and what you can do to feel more grounded, calm, and supported through it.

Together, we’ll explore:
✨ The connection between sleep and emotional regulation
✨ Gentle mindset shifts to reduce guilt and pressure
✨ Simple, evidence-based strategies to manage fatigue
✨ How to nurture your mental health even on your most tired days

This isn’t about perfection or “fixing” your sleep — it’s about finding realistic ways to care for yourself while you care for your baby.

The aim for this session is to allowed to be feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools you can start using straight away.

🩵 Because thriving in motherhood isn’t about doing it all — it’s about learning to rest where you can, and be kind to yourself where you can’t.
