What ages are these events for?

Our events are designed for children ages 15 months to 6 years. Activities are thoughtfully planned to be engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate for this age range.

Do parents or caregivers have to stay on-site?

For special events, parents and caregivers do not have to stay on-site unless otherwise stated in the event description.
Caregivers are welcome to drop off and return at pick-up time. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in case we need to reach you.

Is this considered childcare?

Later Tots is a drop-in play space, not licensed childcare. For events, children are supervised by our trained tot-tenders in a structured play environment, but services are intended for short-term engagement and enrichment.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive on time for your event start time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions or activities, and we may not be able to extend the scheduled end time.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable play clothes and socks are required. We recommend clothes that can get messy, especially for themed or sensory-based events.

Are snacks or food provided?

This varies by event.
If snacks are included, they will be clearly noted in the event description. Parents are always welcome to send their own labeled snacks if preferred.

Can I stay and watch even if it’s a drop-off event?

Some events are drop-off-only to allow children to engage and build independence fully. If on-site participation is permitted, it will be clearly stated in the event details.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All event tickets are non-refundable unless Later Tots cancels the event.
If you’re unable to attend, tickets may be transferable, depending on the event. Please get in touch with us directly.

Is there a capacity limit?

Yes. All events have limited spots to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for every child. Once an event sells out, additional tickets will not be released.

What if my child isn’t potty trained?

That’s totally okay! Children do not need to be potty trained to attend. Please ensure your child arrives in a clean diaper or pull-up, and provide any necessary supplies.
