SCRIPT & SIP — A Raw, Intimate Look Inside the Actor’s Process

Script & Sip is a new kind of theatrical experience—one that pulls the audience directly “behind the curtain.” Actors arrive with no preparation, no rehearsals, no cuts, and no safety net. What you witness is the pure craft of performance: instinct, intuition, and honesty.

The night begins with a cold read of a contemporary one-act play, performed live to the backdrop of soulful instrumental music. Lines are discovered in real time. Choices emerge and evolve in the moment. You’re not watching a polished product—you’re watching actors work, stretch, stumble, soar, and reveal their true artistic process.

When the play concludes, the room shifts into a warm intermission scored through a premium hi-fi sound system, filling the space with deep, immersive soul music that lets the audience settle into the emotion of what they just experienced.

After intermission, the performers return to the stage to showcase range and courage, closing the night with raw Shakespearean monologues—performed barebones, vulnerable, and fully alive.
