Title of training: Time Management for Clinicians - Grounded, Ethical, Doable
Training description:
This training offers practical, ethical, and sustainable time management strategies specifically designed for early career therapists. We'll address the unique demands on therapists' time and attention, common pitfalls in time management, and cover core concepts of time management and use experiential tools to build personalized time management strategies that increase flexibility, reduce overwhelm and help prevent burnout.
Learning objectives:
- Participants will identify common time management pitfalls specific to therapists.
- Participants will implement at least one new time management strategy.
- Participants will develop three tools to create their own system for managing clinical, administrative, and educational time.

Trainer bio:
Miriam Geiger is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an online private practice serving LGBTQ+ people across California and Illinois. She obtained a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She has worked with children and families in foster care, adults in crisis stabilization as well as LGBTQ+ adults and couples in private practice.
