Overview

A Two-Part Workshop Series. Reset your calendar to make space for rest, joy, and what matters most for the year ahead.

Join us virtually Thurs Nov 20th & Thurs Jan 15th, 10am-noon Pacific.

Our calendars often fill up before we’ve had a chance to ask: Does this reflect what truly matters to me? This two-part series is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reset your relationship with time. Together, we’ll slow down to notice the patterns shaping our time, clarify our intentions for the year ahead, and design calendars that create space for joy, rest, and resilience.

This series is open to anyone who wants to go through their own personal calendar reset, as well as team leaders, coordinators, operations professionals and anyone who has influence on or responsibility for the rhythms and pace of an organization.

Join us to do the work together. This is for you if:

  • You feel too busy, or like you're busy with the wrong things
  • You have a backlog of important things you keep letting slide
  • You want to build more space into your life and work for important times of celebration, rest, and reflection
  • You want to help shift your work team’s culture to prevent burnout
  • You don't need more productivity hacks, you need a supported space to actually build a values-aligned 2026 calendar

Part One (Nov 20th): Reflection & Values Alignment

  • Explore how your core values connect with your current calendar
  • Guided activities that brings fresh perspective on your time and energy patterns

  • A guided group calendar work party to clearly map your values onto your time
  • Learn practical tools for embedding rest, care, and joy into your schedule

You’ll Walk Away With:

  • Clarity on the values that matter most to you in 2026
  • A fresh perspective on your current patterns of time and energy use
  • Practical strategies for scheduling rest, care, and joy into your calendar
  • A values-led calendar draft that reflects your priorities and supports resilience
  • Inspiration from shared wisdom, group ideas, and supportive accountability

Accessibility

This 2-part event will be on Zoom in English with the option to turn on Zoom closed captioning. While we will reference a few strategies that may support values-based time management for some neurodivergent brains, this is not a deep dive focused on folks with ADHD or other neurodivergence or health concerns that affect executive function - but when you register we welcome you to share any access needs that can support your participation.
