What should I bring?

Your bathing suit, a comfortable change of clothes, and an open mind!

Is there a place to change?

We recommend treating this like a yoga class and bringing a comfortable change of clothes. There are restrooms and changing areas on site, but no showers. We will have personal care products (deodorant, dry shampoo, etc.) available for use so you can freshen up at the end of the experience.

What will Timbre provide?

We will provide towels, robes, sandals, refreshments, snacks and more!

Do I have to do the cold exposure?

Absolutely not. But we encourage you to get out of your comfort zone as you'll feel better for it!

Will you serve food?

Light snacks!

Is there parking?

Yes! Parking is free.
