🎨 Creative Fun: Learn simple, beginner-friendly tie-dye techniques and craft your own colorful masterpiece to take home the same day.

🎙️ Community Connection: We'll share time connecting with our fellow workshop creatives over a fun Q&A session. We'll engage in uplifting group discussion to spark connection and positivity, enhancing our experience overall as a collective.

😮‍💨 Sound Bowl Breath-Work: Together, we will walk through a simple guided breath-work session while experiencing live sound bowls. Your Hosting Guide, C. Dillz will lead the breath-work while simultaneously performing soothing crystal sound bowls.

🎶 Vybey Music: My 2000+ song, eclectic playlists wait for these moments to shine!

🍌 Snacks & Treats: Did someone say snackie-snacks? Duhhhh, sometimes we all need a lil' nibble. Snacks will consists of simple yet satisfying items and treats will come from arguably the best cookie shop in LA known as Lei'd Cookies! YUMMMMMMM.

🥤 Bevs: Along with the option of "elevated drinks" from a CA Industry household favorite (21+), there will also be caffeinated beverages and water.

🌍 EVERYONE IS WELCOMED: No "type of person" or artistic experience required—just bring your energy and curiosity! HOWEVER this experience requires a level of maturity for the community connection and sound bowl sessions.

Hello! I'm C. Dillz, a Tie-dye and Sound Bowl Breath-Work Instructor. My background entails a multicultural upbringing, university, continuous self-discovery, worldly travels, thirst for knowledge and love for creating community. A COVID hobby confirmed my purpose to positively impact the world ☮️

Who Can Attend?

ANYONE AND EVERYONE inspired by creativity and/or wellness. Just PLEASE make sure children possess of a certain maturity level if attending. I'd say a mature 3rd for 4th grader at minimum. If your child is MATURE ENOUGH not to damper the vybe, then they're more than welcome to join ?

Is Tie-Dye Hard to Learn?

There’s no right or wrong way to tie-dye, which immediately establishes a sense of comfort to create. This craft requires no real artistic skill, making it easy to tap into a flow state. Plus playing with bright colors and watching them fuse together makes for a cool, relaxing and stimulating time.

Is This Messy?

I've created a crafting system to minimize mess to tie-dye anywhere. Do random splatters happen? Yes, a creative process that involves flowing liquid. Make sure to wear recreational apparel or garments you don't mind getting rare accidental dye splatters on. There are a few aprons for use if needed.

First Time Experiencing Guided Break Work?

My guided breath-work offers simple techniques that are easy to learn and practice at any moment’s notice. The breathing technique taught is categorized as Equal Breathing. Very easy to learn, no breath-work experience needed.

Type of Sound Bowls Being Used?

3 Crystal Bowls: Frosted Quartz, Frosted Kyanite & Rhodochrosite with Palladium. I hand selected each crystal sound bowl specifically to help channel the ultimate creative being that lives within each of us. You're in for a tranquilizing treat!

What's the Event Timeframe?

How Do You Transport Your Art Home?

Simple, completed artwork gets stored into a ziplock baggie for a mess-proof transition home where you'll care for it by following the proper instructions given at the workshop.

How's Parking?

ARRIVE EARLY. Free Parking behind the studio on Bay, Binkell, Pacific and Strand Street which are parallel streets south of ArtimeBarro's location on Pico. Please arrive early considering the area walking distance from the beach. Free spots go quickly in that area. Meter parking in area too.
