This on-site and livestreamed event highlights the ILO’s value in strengthening resilience against crises through job creation, work-based learning and local capacity building, showcasing best practices aligned with the Sendai Framework, drawing on the expertise of the UNDRR. The event will inform policymakers on how to integrate social justice, local investments, and appropriate technologies into disaster risk management policies and strategies which could be replicated or scaled up. The event will outline actions for a more resilient, peaceful and equitable future of African countries, fostering peaceful coexistence of displaced persons and host communities. イベントでは、危機からのレジリエンス（回復力）強化において、国際労働機関（ILO）が雇用創出、職場での学習、地域能力強化を通じて果たす役割を説明し、国連防災機関（UNDRR）の知見を活かしながら、仙台防災枠組にもとづいた好事例を紹介します。政策立案者には、災害リスク管理政策や戦略に社会正義、地域投資、適切な技術をどのように統合するかについて再現可能な事例を交えて説明します。そして、避難民と受入れコミュニティの平和的な共存を目指し、アフリカのより強じんで平和で公平な未来を実現するための行動計画を示します。ぜひご参加ください!
