Thursdays with the Monarchs

Luvurbod Monarchs run team meets every other Thursday at 7PM—starting July 24th at SMN High School.

Our goal is simple: 3 miles.

Whether you want to run, jog, or walk, you’re moving with us. No pressure, no pace expectations—just show up, do what you can, and finish strong in your own way. 💪🏼

We’re here for the good vibes, the movement, and the moments we create together. 🦋

What to bring:

Water, comfy shoes, sunscreen, and dress for the weather! We also recommend a small bag, crossbody, or fanny pack to carry your essentials while you move.
