Throw Down® 6:30pm Pop Up Class - Mansfield!

Come join us for a high-energy, fun-filled Throw Down® Pop Up Class! This in-person event will be held at Motiv8ion Dance Studio. Class will run 60 minutes from 6:30-7:30PM. LIMITED MERCH WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!

Throw Down® is our signature format, which features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. Get ready to sweat, let loose, and experience a high-cardio packed hour of dance fitness. There will be a balance of our 101 format that allows for some break downs, and just going for it with some that are sure to get your heart rate up while still following along. All levels are welcome!
