Thrive Within runs for 6 weeks, meeting once a week for 90 minutes each session. This consistent structure allows time for teaching, reflection, and connection while fitting into your weekly schedule.

How do I attend the group?

This is a virtual group held on Mondays at 7 PM via a secure video platform (SimplePractice). You can join from the comfort of your own home, with a quiet space, a journal, and your favorite cup of tea.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $50 per session (private pay). For those using insurance, I do not bill insurance directly, but I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
