Great. This experience helps you apply what you know in your body and daily life. If you’ve learned tools but still feel stuck or overwhelmed, this helps you integrate and reset from the inside out.
One 60-minute group session, one private session (at key points), and short daily reflection or breathwork. This is about creating space and clarity - not adding to your stress.
No. You’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable with. Most of the work is done through journaling, breathwork, and internal reflection. The space is safe and judgment-free.
