🌟 About the Workshop: Indulge in a unique BYOB experience where you'll create three 16oz terrariums, choosing from various glass containers. Our BioActive Terrarium workshops are a fan-favorite, offering a hands-on, 2-hour session with all materials provided. "Bioactive" means these terrariums mimic natural ecosystems, with organisms like isopods, springtails, bacteria, and fungi to help create a self-sustaining environment that can thrive for years. Learn the ecological science behind it while crafting terrariums requiring minimal care — only watering once a year!

💲 Ticket Information:

Individual Ticket: $75 (Includes materials to make three 16oz terrariums)
Couple Ticket: $90 (This allows you and a guest to make three terrariums together. You must purchase a "Plus One" ticket for your guest.)

🔄 Refund Policy:Tickets are nonrefundable. With 24-hour notice, credit will be issued, valid for 6 months, and can be applied toward future events.Kindly ensure prompt attendance. Participants arriving at most 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will be unable to join the session and will forfeit their tickets. Please note that courses cannot be conducted asynchronously.

Pretty Green Terrariums host various plant-themed workshop events at our 1116 South St Storefront!! Our Bioactive Terrarium workshops are the most popular, 2-hour BYOB event, including all the materials to make a one-gallon terrarium. Bioactive means they look and act like nature; we add organisms such as isopods, springtails, bacteria, and fungi to mimic as many natural processes as possible to make a natural ecosystem that lasts for years, if not decades. You will learn how to make a self-sustaining terrarium and the basic ecological science that allows your terrarium to function as its solitary ecosystem! It only needs water once a year!

Can't make it to the event?

We also offer private workshops for $95 with a limit of 5 people. Appointment times are flexible; we are happy to work with your schedule! More significant private events, both onsite and offsite as possible as well email or call to inquire.
