Threads of the Soul: Micro Past Life Regression Workshop

Threads of the Soul is a 3-hour, small-group Past Life Regression experience designed for deep reflection and connection.

Here’s how our time together will flow:

• Welcome & Grounding (20 min): Arrive to an angel card on your seat. We’ll begin with introductions and a gentle grounding meditation to settle your energy.
• Chakra Activation (10 min): A short guided practice to awaken the body’s energy centers and prepare for regression.
• Intention Setting (15 min): You’ll receive three journal prompts to clarify what you wish to explore or release in this session.
• Imagination Warm-Ups (10 min): A few light guided imagery exercises to open your intuitive senses and strengthen visualization.
• Past Life Regression (75 min): A full guided journey using hypnosis to explore one past life that holds insight for you today — moving through scenes, relationships, and lessons with your higher self’s guidance.
• Journaling Integration (15 min): Quiet time to record your experiences, imagery, and emotions.
• Sharing & Closing (15 min): Optional reflection circle, followed by a gentle grounding to return fully present.
