This Is Your Time is a powerful new workshop series designed for everyday people who want more for themselves but feel weighed down by stress, setbacks, or low self-worth. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, confidence, or just life itself — you’re not alone. And there is a way forward.

Workshop is run by Kevin Morland founder of An Hour For Others — a grassroots movement that has spent over 11 years building strength, connection, and belief in communities across Merseyside. Through our work, we’ve seen first-hand how everyday people can rise when they’re given the right support and reminded of their own power.
I’ve also walked this path myself. My own journey of personal evolution has brought me through serious challenges, comfort zones, fears & doubts, towards growth, and transformation — and it’s from that real place of understanding that I now bring these workshops to life.
As a qualified Master NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Solution-Focused Therapist, I blend proven tools and techniques with deep compassion and real-world insight. These sessions aren’t just “feel-good” motivation — they’re practical, powerful, and rooted in both science and lived experience.
