Join This Is Salsa UK this October for our progressive salsa courses in Central London.
Unlike many large salsa classes in London, which often cater to big groups and limit real progress, our courses follow a structured, progressive trajectory designed to help you grow week by week. With two teachers and controlled class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention to avoid bad habits and build solid technique from the start — giving you the foundation to achieve your dance goals, however far you’d like to go!
We focus on Crossbody Salsa On1 with a Cali-style fusion, giving you the confidence and technique to dance socially anywhere in the world.
✨ Expect a balance of fun + strong technique:
- Beginners → build your foundation, musicality, timing, and core technique.
- Improvers → expand your patterns, partner connection, and styling.
- Intermediate / Advanced → refine turns, spins, and musical interpretation.
Each course is taught as a progressive block, so you can level up consistently alongside your group.

📍 St Marylebone School (W1U 5BA) – Wednesdays
- Beginners: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th | 7:00–8:15 PM | £35 Intro Price
- Intermediate / Advanced: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th | 8:15–9:30 PM | £60
📍 King’s Sport & Wellness Centre (WC2B 6AN) – Tuesdays
- Improvers: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th | 7:00–8:15 PM | £50
