After the session most people feel relaxed, lighter, calmer, and more centered. Some feel energized, while others feel like they’ve had a deep rest. Occasionally emotions surface as part of integration, which is normal.Side effects are rare, but you may feel extra tired or emotional as your system rebalances. Drinking water and giving yourself gentle space afterward helps.
