A fun open mic where all poets are welcome. If you're a regular at other open mic events, have never read in front of an audience before, or anywhere in between you are encouraged to join. This is a great place for first time and novice readers to get your feet wet. If larger crowds have been too intimidating in the past for you, but you want to read your poems, our open mic is your jam.

Light drinks and snacks will be available and BoB's Books will also be open. Buffalo Creative Workshop is an inclusive third space. If you're looking for sober spaces we are here for you.
You can also feel free to use our facility and art supplies to make some art of your own while jamming to Buffalo's best poets!
****SEP. 28 & NOV. 20 will start at 6 PM with the open mic immediately flowing into our Sober Bills Watch Party on those evenings. Open mic attendees can purchase discounted tickets for the watch party ($10) at the door if desired. Details for the watch parties can be found on the event page in our profile.****
