About this event

Spirituality • Other

Join us in a spiral dance with all our ancestors and mighty dead. In this time of conflict, we will gather to midwife the passing of our old world and the birth of the new one. We will march with courage, conviction, love and rage, arm in arm with our allies, our ancestors and Mighty Dead, to oppose the architects of destruction; and to call a new world of compassion and healing into being. All paths welcome!

The dance will be accesible to people of all physical abilities, including those who use mobility aids.

Orientation and discussion begin at 5:30. We will begin the ritual at 6:00 p.m. From 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we'll share a potluck dinner and Pagan fellowship. Bring a dish if you can. (But remember, all are truly welcome).

Donations are welcome but not required. They will go to cover the costs of the ritual and main courses. Any surplus donations will be passed to the Chicago Food Bank.

If you're interested in volunteering for the event, please contact us with the form on this page.
