The flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, so let’s gather together for a deeply relaxing and empowering sound healing journey. This month’s experience is focused on illuminating your gifts so that you can confidently shine your light into the world.

Imagine experiencing a beautifully held and professionally delivered therapeutic soundscape encouraging you to release all that is not aligned to your gifts and empowering you to be your best self. This is your invitation to this month’s session with Kylie Bayens, qualified sound therapist.

Throughout this one-hour journey, your mind and body will be in favourable conditions to heal on a cellular and energetic level, increasing your wellbeing and reducing stress, anxiety, depression and physical pain.

These sound healings with Kylie combine ancient healing tools that have been used for millennia with modern teachings that are at the cutting edge of holistic health and wellbeing. These instruments include Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls (played in 432hz frequency), Medicine Drums, Gongs, rain sticks, chimes, bells, rattles and shakers.

When you join us for these unique events, you are welcome to enter the room, choose whether you would like to lie down or sit comfortably and prepare to let go of all worries. Sound therapy has been scientifically proven for over 20 years to support you to disperse stagnant energy, regulate your nervous system and increase your positivity.

Held on the fourth Friday night of every month, these sound healings can also increase your vitality, positivity and confidence. The instruments are played through a professional sound system bathing you in a beautiful array of sounds, whilst your mind drifts away peacefully.

Each journey is unique to the energies presenting in the room, the season and the collective consciousness.

This is a transformative 60-minute Sound Therapy Journey that gives you time at the end to socialise and integrate the experience over a nice hot cup of herbal tea.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water to keep you snuggly and warm.
A limited number of cushions will be available if you need one.

Kylie Bayens believes in being of service to an evolving world by sharing scientifically proven sound therapy techniques that can restore peace, mental health, physical wellbeing and spiritual harmony. She is committed to bringing professional services to people who are ready and willing to positively change their state of being.

Kylie believes in bringing the powerful benefits of sound healing to the world to support humanity to a live a life led by love, in a world that values transparency and authenticity. Kylie is here to open hearts and light up souls through the power of sound.

Kylie started her sound therapy work in 2012 and began co-creating high vibrational events with other professional practitioners in alternative therapies. She has worked with Yoga and Meditation Teachers, Psychics, Ceremonialists, Clinical Hypnotherapists, Shamanic Practitioners, Vocalists and other Sound Therapists. In 2019 Kylie completed a Professional Diploma in Group Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. She has also completed Level 1 and 2 one-on-one Sound Healing teachings with the Sound Healing Academy.
