Therapeutic Improv

Feeling in need of a boost? Old strategies gone stale? Build confidence, reduce anxiety, and enhance interpersonal skills through the playful exploration of improv theater. Improv is an experience filled with fun interactive exercises and games in a supportive environment. You'll learn to be more accepting of yourself and others, embrace imperfections, explore new ways to communicate, manage stress, and experience the joy of creative expression. No prior improv experience needed – just bring a willingness to play and enjoy this unique and engaging path to personal growth. Open to ages 18+.
