The Yale Alley Cats in Cresskill, NJ!

Join the Yale Alley Cats at the Cresskill High School Auditorium in Cresskill, NJ, on January 9th, 2026 at 7:30 pm! Featuring CHS alumnus Leo Rael, with a special performance from SoundXPlosion, Cresskill High School’s competitive a capella group.

Founded in 1943, the Alley Cats are a world-renowned a cappella group composed of 17 Yale undergraduates, whose diverse repertoire includes jazz standards, Motown hits, R&B, and pop chart-toppers. Performing everywhere from Cape Town to Beijing to Rome, the Cats bring refined tenor-bass harmonies and witty charm to destinations around the world. In recent years, the group has had the privilege of performing for public figures such as President Barack Obama, Michael Douglas, and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. The Alley Cats are thrilled to be performing alongside SoundXPlosion in Leo’s hometown. We can't wait to sing for you, Cresskill!

Tickets may be purchased in advance here in Eventbrite, or payment can be sent via Venmo to @Cyrus-Rivers with payments checked at the concert. Additional tickets will be available for 25$ at the door!

Doors for the concert will open at 7 pm and the show will run approximately 90 minutes, including a short intermission.
