Rolling With Dads & the DILF Brand are bringing dads, father-figures and caregivers together for a high‑energy Barry’s class led by local instructor Haley LaRosa. This 50‑minute HIIT workout blends cardio and strength to challenge your body and strengthen community. Whether you’re new to Barry’s or jumping back in, you’ll be supported by an empowering room full of dads and father-figures showing up for themselves and each other.
