Your ticket guarantees entry before 3:00 PM. Shuttle parking opens at 11:30 AM. Please plan to arrive early, park at the designated shuttle lot, and allow time for check-in and transport to the venue. To secure your spot, we strongly recommend arriving before 3:00 PM.

How does parking and security work?

All guests [GA & VIP] will park at Chef’s Parking Lot (334 SW Commerce Dr, Lake City, FL 32025) and ride a quick shuttle to The Woods. Security and ID checks take place before boarding, and guests 21+ will receive a wristband for alcohol purchases.

Is this event family-friendly?

Absolutely. The daytime lineup includes family-friendly attractions like Gatorland’s live animal show, Florida Vintage Market, games, and more.

Will there be seating?

This is primarily a festival-style event with standing areas. Limited seating and lounge areas will be available on a first-come basis.

The Woods is a cashless venue—all bars and in-house amenities accept card or digital payments only. However, market vendors and food trucks may accept cash.

Festival sporty casual. Think comfortable, stylish, and ready for a full day outdoors—game day gear, sneakers, sporty fits to play pickleball, beach volleyball + more. In the evening, expect more nightlife energy, so feel free to step it up.

Doors open at 12:00 PM. We strongly recommend arriving early (from 11:30 AM) at the shuttle pick-up to guarantee entry — parking, shuttle transport, and venue capacity are all first-come, first-served. VIP ticket holders will have fast-tracked access to the shuttle and priority entry.

Is there ADA parking and accessible check-in?

Yes. Dedicated ADA parking will be available on-site at The Woods. Guests using ADA parking will check in at the front entrance, where security and ID checks will also take place.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

No outside food or beverages are permitted. Food trucks, full bars, and vendors will be available inside the venue.
