When can I use my ticket?

You can use your ticket on any day! You are welcome to start any time throughout the day.

How many players can I have on my team?

You can have up to 8 players on a team per ticket depending on the ticket type you purchase.

Can I bring my kids?

Of course you can! Our events are suitable for players of all ages. The experience does have quite challenging puzzles but children can still give them a go and follow along with the story.

Is this a Scavenger Hunt?

It is a very similar concept to a scavenger hunt but we define it more like an outdoor escape room experience. You will be faced with challenging puzzles similar to an escape room as your progress through the experience.

It is a very similar concept to a treasure hunt but we define it more like an outdoor escape room experience. You will be faced with challenging puzzles similar to an escape room as your progress through the experience.

What happens in bad weather?

Our events will be running in most weather, unless we notify you otherwise. It's up to you to decide which day you want to play! If you are mid way through playing and the weather turns, your progress is saved so you can come back at anytime.

Are your events wheel chair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our events are based around city centres all across the world. So, they should be wheel chair accessible, and it is highly likely it will be, but we can't guarantee it.
