Discover the art of breaking down a whole chicken and making the most of every part! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to confidently butcher a chicken into 8 essential pieces. Once you've mastered the butchery, we’ll put your new skills to use by preparing two delicious, crowd-pleasing dishes.

PLEASE NOTE: This class is sold per table. Each table will receive ONE bird and may have up to TWO total participants.

Is this a demo or a hands on cooking class? This is a HANDS ON cooking class. Each table will have it's own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.

We encourage you to bring your own containers for taking home leftovers!
