• Hillrock Double Cask Bottled in Bond – Estate-distilled, complex, and elegant with layered spice.
• WhistlePig Snout to Tail (10yr) – Farm-to-glass bourbon with toasted barrel warmth.
• Old Elk Cigar Cut (2024) – Finished in Armagnac, sherry, port & wine barrels. A smoke-worthy sipper.
• Baker’s Single Barrel (7yr) – High rye heat with vanilla and char in every sip.
• High West Bourye – A bourbon-rye hybrid with honey, pine, and western swagger.
• High West Chardonnay Cask – Wine barrel finish adds soft fruit and refined complexity.
