Open to anyone seeking deeper connection with God and alignment with purpose

This is more than a wellness offering. It’s a response to the call of Christ.

The Beatitudes are not just poetic lines. They are a blueprint for how Jesus asks us to live — with humility, mercy, purity of heart, and a deep hunger for righteousness. These aren’t suggestions for the spiritually curious; they are invitations into the way of Christ — and they ask something of us.

Each week, we’ll gather to reflect on one of these foundational teachings and use breathwork, meditation, prayer, and reflection to embody it — not just in theory, but in our lives.

This is a space for those who desire to walk more closely with God, to root into truth, and to become more like Christ in the world.

What to Expect Each Week:

  • Breathwork to quiet the mind and open the heart

  • Scripture-centered meditation and prayer

  • Honest reflection and Christ-centered spiritual guidance

  • Optional sharing in a space that is welcoming and real

  • Open to all backgrounds — no performance, just presence

Weekly Themes (Inspired by the Beatitudes):

  1. The Poor in Spirit – Learning to need God again

  2. Those Who Mourn – Grieving with hope and honesty

  3. The Meek – Reclaiming gentleness as strength

  4. Hunger for Righteousness – Aligning with truth, justice, and integrity

  5. The Merciful – Living out grace in action

  6. The Pure in Heart – Returning to spiritual clarity

  7. The Peacemakers – Becoming agents of healing

  8. The Persecuted – Standing in faith, even when it’s costly

This is the way Jesus laid before us. He asks us not just to believe — but to become. To reflect, to respond, and to live it out.

Come breathe. Come listen. Come be transformed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a follower of Jesus to join?

This space is rooted in the teachings of Jesus and the Beatitudes, but all are welcome. If you're curious, seeking, or longing to walk more closely with God, you'll be held here with love and respect.

What happens in each session?

Each week, we focus on one Beatitude. We’ll explore its meaning through scripture, reflection, breathwork, prayer, and stillness—creating space to not just understand it, but live it.

What should I bring?

Bring a journal, water, and anything that helps you feel grounded (a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion). Come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. We do have extra yoga mats and blankets!

Is this therapy or Bible study?

Neither exactly. This is a spiritual embodiment practice—drawing from scripture, but focused on integrating the Beatitudes into our lived experience through the body and breath.

Do I need breathwork experience?

No prior experience is needed. You’ll be guided gently through everything. Come as you are.

Is this co-ed?

Yes. This space is open to all adults who feel called to explore a deeper walk with Christ through embodied practice.

Can I come to just one session?

Yes! Each session is meaningful on its own, so you're welcome to drop in anytime.

I’m afraid of new age mysticism. Do I need to be worried about what might happen or open up?

No need to worry—this space is rooted in Christ. We use breath, prayer, and scripture to connect more deeply with God. It’s a gentle, safe space where you’re always guided with care and remain fully in choice.
