Where can I get tickets?

If you don't see a button on the Eventbrite page that says "Get Tickets," we recommend refreshing the page on a new browser on a laptop or desktop computer. Tickets are NOT available on the Eventbrite app. If you are still having difficulty, please email pr@randomhouse.com.

Question 2

I'm unable to join live. Will the event be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The event will be recorded and shared with all ticket buyers after.

Question 3

I don't live in the U.S. or Canada. Can I still join?

Accepted Answer

We would love to have you join us! However, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. or Canada. Please use a U.S. or Canadian mailing address when registering for the event.

Question 4

Will I be able to participate during the event?

Accepted Answer

Ticket holders will be viewing a live conversation and will not have the ability to turn on their cameras or microphones. However, a select number of audience questions will be answered and you can engage in the Zoom chat.

When can I expect my book to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Books will be mailed by The Strand starting the day after the event. It may take 4-14 business days for your book to arrive depending on your location. Please email events@strandbooks.com with any questions regarding shipping info.

Will my book be signed?

Accepted Answer

Signed books are available as supplies last. Be sure to sign up now to purchase a signed SWORD CATCHER ticket.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Please email pr@randomhouse.com with all refund requests. Refunds are only able to be processed one week before the event and the Eventbrite fee is nonrefundable.

I selected Store Pickup. Where is The Strand?

Books will be available for pickup 24 hours after the event at the Holds Desk at the Strand Bookstore located at 828 Broadway in New York City
